StrongPeopleTM Living Well Program Leader Training
This course is required training for site leaders to lead the StrongPeopleTM Living Well programs in their communities.
The StrongPeopleTM Living Well curriculum is designed to help participants live healthier lives with a focus on aerobic activity and nutrition education and has been shown to help improve diet, physical activity, and weight.
The program was originally designed for sedentary women over 40 and was called StrongWomenTM Healthy Hearts.
