StrongPeople Program Leaders are health educators with an academic background and experience in exercise or public health who complete StrongPeople leader trainings and work with a nonprofit organization to implement the programs.

A community-based strength training program aimed at mid-life and older individuals, including progressive resistance training, balance training, and flexibility exercises.

Living Well
A healthy living curriculum that aims to help midlife and older adults reduce their risk of obesity and chronic disease through fitness and nutrition education.

Strong Hearts
A multi-level healthy living program that aims to reduce cardiovascular disease in mid-life and older individuals through nutrition and physical activity.

Change Club
Empowering residents to improve their food and physical activity environments through civic engagement, capacity building, and collective action.
